Standard Domestic Shipping

Shopatmoxie.com is happy to offer flat rate ground shipping for $8.95 everyday.  In stock items are generally shipped within one to two business days after the receipt of your order.  We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.  We reserve the right to choose the best method for standard shipping.  You should receive your order within 3-5 business day of the day we ship.  You will be notified by e-mail when your product has been shipped.

Expedited 2-3 Business Day Delivery

Add $20.00 for shipping and handling. Certain items are excluded due to weight or size. Orders received by 1pm CST Monday through Friday will ship the same day; orders received after 1pm CST will ship the next business day. If you would like your package left in a specific location (at back door; on porch; with neighbor) please e-mail us instructions at customerservice@shopatmoxie.com.

International Shipping

Orders shipped to Canada may be charged an additional destination fee up to $15.00. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada will be charged $43.95. After your order has been processed, a portion of your shipping fee may be refunded based on weight and destination.

The above rates apply if all items are shipped to one address. 

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.  Illinois residents will be charged 7.5% sales tax.

Out of Stock Merchandise

While we strive to keep all items in stock, occasionally your order may not be able to be fulfilled completely.  In this instance we will contact you via e-mail to let you know which item is out of stock and find out if you would like us to hold your order until the item is back in stock.  Should you request to have split shipments an additional shipping charge will be incurred. 

Return Policy

shopatmoxie takes great pride in our products and we strive to provide the best customer service in both our stores and our web site. You may exchange or return by courier, or to one of our store locations with receipt within two weeks of receiving for a full refund. After two weeks, you will receive a store credit to be used online or at any of our store locations. No Returns after 30 days.

We take great care in packing your merchandise. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. Report any damages immediately and save all original packing materials for inspection or return. Contact Us via our website.
